Lawsuit again Google’s Adwords allowed to continue
Per the LA Times, the US Supreme Court has refused to overturn a lower court’s decision to allow a class-action lawsuit to proceed again the internet giant. Google Adwords bans payday lender ads!
Bowing to pressure from various watchdog groups as well as making a stand against predatory lending, Google has banned all payday loans ads that have a payment term of 60 days or less. Also all loans with interest rates more than 36% per year are banned as well!
